What materials are used in your decks?
We use rustic sticks, raw steel, steel framing and composite board planking.
What materials do you use in all of your products?
We use raw steel tubular frames and various anchors for ground installation to either dirt, asphalt, or concrete.
Does raw steel rust?
Yes. Our customers find that rust is aesthetically pleasing and requires zero maintenance.
Do you sell parts and accessories e.g. anchors?
Not at the moment.
Do you use gutters?
No.
Do you do carport repairs?
Yes, we do.
What does maintenance involve?
Maintenance involves occasional cleaning, especially of the roof, and checks for any structural damage.
What is the difference between fixed and free standing structures?
A fixed Great Man structure usually entails planting posts in concrete in the ground or anchoring the structure to an existing concrete pad. Freestanding shade structures lay on top of the ground but are also fixed to the ground by driving a reinforcing bar (a steel rod) into the ground to secure it against heavy wind.
